| Bio: | Yo. I'm a writer-physicist-artist-naturalist-atheist-humanist gamer-tinker with a penchant for unarmed combat and old tech. I live in Washington, DC with eleven houseplants and an ever-changing rotation of foster cats.
I was born in Ohio and went to college in Swarthmore, near Philadelphia. Last November my first science fiction story, "Friends in Need" was published in Penguin Modern Classics' A Science Fiction Omnibus, ed. Brian Aldiss. There'll be more where that came from. Eventually.
I recently moved into a brand new apartment, joined a pet rescue organization, and after nine months of unemployment, found a job. I work for the government, making the world of pesticides an incrementally safer place for everyone. |
